I chose this practice because of recommendations from friends. It’s a local practice and I had always heard about their personalized service. When I came to Dr. Neff, my teeth were just terrible. Fixing my smile was the first building block of change for me. It compelled me to become a little bit more professional, to show myself and be less guarded with my inner joy, to realize that I could express myself without being embarrassed of my smile. We started with simple cleanings and adjustments. Eventually, I came to him and said I thought I was ready for something major. He talked me through the entire processes, the steps, what would be expected, and it has been a great experience. I was apprehensive but Dr. Neff made me feel more comfortable. He gave me case studies and examples – nothing was a surprise. My expectations were in place for the results and the experience still exceeded my expectations.

The staff is fantastic. I have been using them for regular cleanings and anything I need, which has been very little since my procedures. If you ever reach out, Dr. Neff is the first one to accommodate. I have met him at all hours and he has been happy to oblige, knowing I was going to be traveling or that I had business meetings the next morning. I recommend this for anyone who has any kind of self-esteem problem; don’t be afraid to at least come and talk to Dr. Neff and have a conversation, see the possibilities and investigate what kind of change can be made. Correcting my smile was a fantastic investment in my inner person – the person I could really see myself being, and this was one big step toward getting there.

Because of a health disorder, my bite was not exactly right, and I was concerned about that, as well as my overall smile. My oldest daughter lived in Fayetteville and one of her best friends was Dr. Neff’s assistant so she recommended that I came to see him. The staff is lovely – hospitable and kind, and always willing to work with you and your schedule – and Dr. Neff is one of the most thoughtful, congenial, kind men I have ever known.

He started working to completely correct my bite and tried every way in the world to complete the process without pain, He is such a perfectionist and he wants his work to reflect the best possible job that anyone could do. Now my bite is corrected completely and I get compliments all the time on my smile. I travel all over the world – I have been in New York, Europe, all over – and I have rarely ever see anyone’s smile that I think is any better than the work he has done.

I had veneers put on by a previous dentist, but had a lot of trouble with them chipping. I heard that Dr. Neff guarantees his veneers and that he does great work. So, when I decided to get a new set of veneers placed, I came to see him! I was anxious about them chipping after having so many problems with the first set. However, I was comfortable throughout the procedure and Dr. Neff was always accommodating. When the process begins, you have to wear temporary veneers. When one fell off, Dr. Neff exceeded my expectations and came to the office on the weekend to put it back on. My experience with Dr. Neff and the whole staff has been great. I would tell anyone to come here and I refer everyone I know!

I first learned about Dr. Neff from a coworker who described the wonderful service at their practice. At the time, I had some spacing I wanted to address. When I visited the practice, I got an understanding of what they do and of the level of professionalism Dr. Neff and his team offer. I felt completely confident with the group. The ongoing support and service over the years is just terrific. Dr. Neff is absolutely the best.

I saw Dr. Neff’s ad in CitiScapes magazine. My teeth were fair but I always wanted to have something more, to look better. I came just to fix my two front teeth, but Dr. Neff recommended that I have a full set of veneers so I could really show off my smile – and when I saw his before and after photos, I thought, “Wow! That really does look great!”

I also saw Dr. Neff’s wife and several of the other ladies and their smiles sell his work better than anything else. You can see a picture in a magazine, but you never know if it has been retouched. When you see the work on a real person, you know what it really looks like.

If you are going to spend money on yourself, you don’t want to just go anywhere. Finding the right place is essential, and sometimes all it takes is stepping into a place and you can immediately tell if it is right for you. This was absolutely the place for me! The people are beautiful too – super nice and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and I was just mesmerized. They are so good to you and treat you like family. Some places treat you like just another number, but here you always feel welcome. I really love the whole environment here!

I come to Dr. Neff for my six month checkups and I also did Zoom! whitening. I love the personalized attention and feel warmly welcomed every time I step in the door! The staff are very attentive, flexible, warm, and welcoming. They make me feel like I have known them my entire life. Add that to the top-of-the-line customer service and you have the perfect dental office. I would highly recommend them – they are fabulous!

My teeth were dilapidated. I had old veneers that needed to be replaced and I needed general care. When I started looking for someone to help my smile, I heard from so many people that Dr. Neff was the best. I am so glad I found him – his work has helped me feel better than ever. As a child, I had significant orthodontic issues that culminated in permanent damage to my teeth. As an adult, it was determined that I would need several teeth extracted, periodontal surgery and corrective dentistry. I started seeing Dr. Neff when I was in law school and honestly, I would have lost my smile if I hadn’t come to see him! Dr. Neff orchestrated all the work. It took a long time, but I always felt good coming here – and he made sure that I always looked presentable during the procedures. I thought I wanted bright white, Hollywood teeth but Dr. Neff advised against it. I realize now that was a good thing – I get so many compliments on my smile!

After several years in Northwest Arkansas, I moved to Texas and then Missouri. Although Dr. Neff had a great referral in Texas, I preferred to drive four or five hours to see Dr. Neff. When you go through so much work, you build a personal relationship with the person helping you. Dr. Neff, his lovely wife and staff have treated me like family.

As an attorney, I am in front of people all the time so my appearance is important. A healthy smile is an effective and meaningful way to communicate with clients and the Court.
