I chose this practice because of recommendations from friends. It’s a local practice and I had always heard about their personalized service. When I came to Dr. Neff, my teeth were just terrible. Fixing my smile was the first building block of change for me. It compelled me to become a little bit more professional, to show myself and be less guarded with my inner joy, to realize that I could express myself without being embarrassed of my smile. We started with simple cleanings and adjustments. Eventually, I came to him and said I thought I was ready for something major. He talked me through the entire processes, the steps, what would be expected, and it has been a great experience. I was apprehensive but Dr. Neff made me feel more comfortable. He gave me case studies and examples – nothing was a surprise. My expectations were in place for the results and the experience still exceeded my expectations.
The staff is fantastic. I have been using them for regular cleanings and anything I need, which has been very little since my procedures. If you ever reach out, Dr. Neff is the first one to accommodate. I have met him at all hours and he has been happy to oblige, knowing I was going to be traveling or that I had business meetings the next morning. I recommend this for anyone who has any kind of self-esteem problem; don’t be afraid to at least come and talk to Dr. Neff and have a conversation, see the possibilities and investigate what kind of change can be made. Correcting my smile was a fantastic investment in my inner person – the person I could really see myself being, and this was one big step toward getting there.
